Message from the Cave

in Earth, New Mexico, Personal, Taos

From here behind these thick adobe walls, Happy Solstice and Merry Christmas to you all. In honor of the new beginnings, I’m rearranging my artifacts.

Javelina skull on wallaby skin (no, really)

The astronomical New Year started with the solstice on the 21st, remember, so you don’t have to wait until after all those stupid parties to feel the new energy. This next week is always such an arbitrary holding pattern anyway. Keep warm and safe and be yourselves, but don’t miss out: the days are getting longer and we get another chance.
