Oh, it’s pretty, all right. Too bad I’m starting to hate it. Another day — week, two weeks — shot to hell, while this batch melts, turns the road to mud (again), and eventually things dry out.

Just two weeks until spring

But if you miss this stuff, come on down! We have plenty to spare. Six to eight inches doesn’t look like that much in the photo, but on sloping ground, it’s easily up to a foot. We both got up and shoveled and swept for two hours before stopping for breakfast. I’m shot…

UPDATE: Guess! Oh, all right: there’s another snowstorm heading this way in 48 hours. Simply astounding.
