Of course they were using batteries to power the amps. Those weren't bat wings though. More like BIG black butterfly wings, topped with big tree branches and lots of cobwebs, spiders and blood. I do wish I had a decent photo of the gear. It was BIG. I had folks jumping in front of me all night trying to take my picture. Yep the band was rolling by pedal power too.
