In truth, however, there are areas around here I can't stand, and some that are to die for. I'll say this, though: my wife has a nice studio she's renting near the top of Witt Road and Fernandez. That's a nice area. Anything near there or on upper Cruz Alta would be a no-brainer, and a place in that spot wouldn't have to accomodate her piano, since the studio would be nearby... Otherwise, the new home has to have room for TWO studios, and such a place could be anywhere.
