Finally a breakthrough of sorts on the blog redesign!
I will note here that this comes as a result of playing, or rather, of throttling back the panic and taking the time to find things that make me smile. What I did was set up a new header design in Photoshop and arranged things so that I could cycle through hundreds of fonts just by pushing the arrow keys. This was such a hoot, I spent at least three hours on it and ended up with something completely counter to what I thought I’d put together.
This is actually one of those Big Deals one runs across occasionally in one’s life. I had a dream once, about four years ago I think, where I was hosting a party, and C.G. Jung (of all people) showed up! Once he’d gone inside, he turned into a puppy and ran all over the living room.
Dreams don’t follow linear progressions. The unconscious works outside of time. The creative process isn’t linear, either. To hell with fear and 1-2-3.

Was he a golden retriever? That’s how I’ve always imagined Jung…
He was a puppy, so it would be hard to tell.
However, if I had to pick a breed, I’d say a white Labrador. Not that this makes any difference!
