Blood Drums

All of a sudden, I’m remembering my roots.

My roots, not my family’s. Not where my ancestors came from, not friends and neighbors, not where I happen to live, but something else.

That’s Callie the Wonder Cat in the photo below. Everything is perfect. There’s water to drink, green grass to nibble, tree trunks to scratch on, and lots of small furry mammals to kill. The image is relevant: she’s not thinking about anything else.

More soon, hang in there. It’s not as obscure as you think: we already have everything we need…

Yes we do already have everything we need. My gosh, Americans are such a needy bunch. We have so much that we take for granted. The book “Simple Prosperity” by David Wann states the case perfectly. A must read. Keep the great photos coming – loving it.

Hi Sherry, thanks for stopping by! I’m remembering some very important things I want to tell people about. It’s going to take some time.

We all know what to do. It’s hard-wired. Has nothing to do with politics.
