Reminds me of a trip nearly 30 years ago when I stayed overnight at a friend's place, and he drove us to work the next morning right after sunrise, and he played Gregorian chant as we watched the pink clouds and the glory of a new day being born. Unforgettable.

Not in the cards. The Kodak Zi6 has no image stabilization. iMovie stabilizes clips well but does it by zooming -- on the video above, the road disappeared when I tried that! The truth is, American highways are very bumpy. I doubt even a steadicam mount would work on Colorado Hwy. 71. BTW, do you know what those things cost?

However -- of course, your point is a good one. All the road videos I've posted so far were taken on one long trip, and I used the same method of holding the camera, which sucked. Just duct-taping it to my forehead would be better, probably. I'll see what I can do.

very nice.
my only other comment from watching this and your other "road" videos: you really need to get some kind of steadicam mount or some such to reduce the "jiggle factor". you're camera probably has some kind of internal electronic/software "image stabilization" function, but nothing works right like a real, external shock mount.
