Afternoon Walk (Video)

Here’s a pleasant little diversion for you, a video I produced from a few clips taken on my usual walk this afternoon. Nothing earthshaking, but you’ll get a sense of the lay of the land and what it feels like to be in my shoes. (Crunch, crunch, squeak, squeak, walking on the snow…)

While there is snow in this video, where I went is probably several hundred feet above the town of Taos, mostly clear of snow at the moment. Altitude makes all the difference.

Thanks for the view. It’s a little over (cough) 50 here on the Space Coast in Florida, with a waxing moon clearly visible in the early evening. Pretty, but I prefer mountains, so thanks for the fix.

It’ll be a while before we see 50° here again!

I prefer mountains, too, but there is this seasonal factor. I haven’t been to a nice warm beach in a loooong time.
