Grooves always worry me. They become ruts soon enough. There are more back-alleys, hidden lanes and covered pathways in the brain, I have read, than there are sands on all the shores of all the beaches in the world. It should be good enough to walk some of those undiscovered mental beaches, leave some footprints behind, no ruts.
